Privacy policy

This policy explains what data Ladeira 244 keeps, why, and how you can delete it. The game has no ads, does not track you across apps and does not sell data.

What we keep

• Player account: the name you choose, friend code, character and bike look, and a random identifier. We do not ask for e-mail, phone or password.
• Online progress: friends, invites, rented village, coins, diamonds, items, pass and rank.
• Finding friends: anyone searching for your name sees only your name and tag (the last 4 characters of your friend code); you can leave the name search in Settings → Account and privacy. For a friend link you send we keep only its expiry and how many times it was used. If you sign in with Game Center or Google Play Games and allow it, the game checks which of your friends there also play Ladeira 244; that list is not stored. We never read your contacts.
• Chat messages in Resenha rooms, only while the room is open.
• Purchases: store (Apple or Google), transaction number, product and date, to deliver and restore what you bought. Payment is handled by the store; we never see card data.
• Bug reports and player reports you send: the text, device model, OS, game version, language and, if left checked, the last lines of the game's technical log.
• IP address, used on the spot to limit abuse; not stored in the database.

Why

To run the online game (rooms, friends, races, shop), deliver purchases, fix bugs and keep the community safe.

Sharing

Never for marketing. Servers run on Cloudflare; purchases go through Apple App Store or Google Play; characters use the Genies service. Other players see your name, look, rank and chat messages in the game.

Retention

While the account exists. An account unused for 30 days expires and is deleted a week later. Chat disappears when the room closes. Purchase records are kept without any link to you after deletion, for tax and anti-fraud reasons.

Deleting your account

In the game: Settings → Account and privacy → Delete my account. It erases your account, friends, village, coins, diamonds, items, pass and rank from the server and wipes the data saved on the device.
