How to delete your account

In the game

1. Open Ladeira 244.
2. Tap MEU ROLÊ → SETTINGS.
3. Tap Account and privacy.
4. Tap DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm.

What is deleted

Name, friend code, look, friends, invites, village, coins, diamonds (including purchased ones), items, bikes, pass, rank and everything the game saved on the device.

What is kept

Only the record of real-money transactions (store, number, product, date), with no link to any account, for tax and anti-fraud reasons.

No access to the game?

Request deletion: in the game, under Settings → Report a bug, with your in-game name and friend code if you have it.
